We provide two options: PayPal Expres Checkout payments and direct payment by card via Paybox Money

SHIPPING

Estimated shipping times

North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, since it's the responsibility of the shipping service company. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CatzoClub® is not responsible for delays due to customs.

In case of delays in shipment, please contact us via e-mail customer_support@catzoclub.com and I will do my best to speed up the delivery of Russian Post.

EXCHANGES

We don't accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless arrived damaged or defective:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Lingerie and harnesses, except corset belts (for health/hygiene reasons)

RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
